Flow Engineering, a developer of agentic platforms for hardware development, announced on September 30, 2026, the successful close of a $50 million Series B funding round, elevating its valuation to $750 million. This substantial investment is intended to significantly scale its AI-powered capabilities, particularly in advancing hardware design and drastically reducing iteration cycles. The funding round was co-led by Antonio Gracias, founder of Valor Equity Partners, and Gavin Baker, managing partner at Atreides Management, with continued support from Sequoia Capital, which previously led Flow's Series A round.
The capital infusion reflects a strong market belief in Flow Engineering's innovative approach to integrating artificial intelligence into the development of complex physical products. Its platform is already actively utilized by prominent industry players such as Rivian, Anduril, Joby Aviation, and Stoke Space in live hardware programs. Flow's strategic deployment of this new funding aims to solidify its position as a foundational infrastructure layer for modern hardware engineering, fostering faster development and enhanced collaboration across increasingly interconnected systems.
